It was nice, and the staff was nice, but I left with something I didn't want- in fact, I spent 200$ for my hair to look exactly the same when I had told them I was looking for drastic change.

Booked an appointment for 4:45 today. I couldn’t get there until 4:48 because of the lack of parking due to it being St. Patrick’s Day so everywhere was full. I went in there and even before I could say anything the receptionist there says “You’re 5 minutes late and we’re closed now.” Worst customer service I have ever gotten. Never would come back again.

I cannot recommend this place enough!!! I came in today to get my hair cut and for a massage. Robin did my hair and Patti did my massage and they were both absolutely amazing. I love my hair and Patti did the most amazing massage. On top of the spa being beautiful aesthetically everyone is so kind and professional and genuinely care about your experience at the spa. I will definitely be returning :)

Heather is the best on what she does! However the front desk service is the worst I've ever seen! I did my eyelashes extensions on April 19th as soon as I finished I rescheduled my refil for May 3rd and made very clear that I was leaving the island May 5th so that's why I had to get my refil in TWO weeks, okay left the place with my appointment on May 3rd! Today I called to confirm the time and they said they scheduled my appointment to MAY 30th (20 days after what I have scheduled) and they couldn't do NOTHING about it! Very very disappointed with Grand Senses Spa!
