Nov 7th 2020. I never ever right reviews and I am taking the time to do so because I do not want this happening to anybody else. They booked me an appointment when I specifically asked for the morning as I have my daughter's baptism in the afternoon. I get a phone call 30 min before my appointment telling me they are running late 30 minutes or MORE. Which is NOT ACCEPTABLE as I told her that I could not run late and I warned them. Then the Owner comes on the phone yelling at me and saying that I'm waisting their time on the phone. HOW RUDE! Do not use their HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! If I could give a minus 10 stars.. I WOULD!

Not sure if it was the manager or the owner. But one of the ruddest woman I've ever come across . I went in a for a dye and a cut and I asked how much it would cost. By the time the whole 6 hour process was done (which she told me would only take 3 hours) she then hands me a bill 200$ more then her estimated price. I left there with my hair completely dried out and broken. And nothing close to what I asked for. To top it off, an hour before closing time she started offering clients beer she had in the back. Saying it was their Friday tradition... Completely unprofessional !!

Very bad experience ... It was the owner who greeted me because the hairdresser I was supposed to have no longer worked there. Bad reception; the owner didn't look good. She was arrogant, stressful, and rushed me. She didn't look happy to have come in to work. Really stressful the girl ... She was liming against the Covid, the masks etc ... She looked really frustrated. I will definitely not be going back ...
