I always have a great experience here with Sydney I don’t trust anyone else to do my hair. I have platinum blonde hair and she makes it look perfect every time! All the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I went here to simply get a healthy haircut. The first stylists name was EB. She was good but didn't do what I had asked. I could tell that she didn't really have enough experience because she was a bit timid and when I asked her to take more off of the layers and angles she still didn't take enough off but with more training she will do great. I called the next day and spoke with the manager so that I could be placed with someone who had more experience and she put me with Sydney. I went the next day and sat in Sydneys chair. Explained what I wanted. She seemed rushed and didn't seem to care about what I really wanted. I asked her to not go any shorter on the length unless she needed to just clean it up to fix it. I asked her to fix my angles and to go shorter on my layers especially in the front because it was not layered or angled at all from the previous hair cut. So this is what she did.. she took off over another inch of my length, she went so much shorter on the angles than I asked and chopped it all up and then hacked off my angles with a razor shorter than i would ever want. I went from just wanting a simple healthy trim, to having a haircut that was easily fixable, to getting a haircut that is now too short to fix. If you care about your hair at all, save yourself the trouble.

I went to fix my roots for my upcoming wedding and I left with my roots still a different color! Now I have to do it again before my wedding and I'm out $30
