Great hair cuts! Look good initially and grow out beautifully too!

I've been a customer here for years. Every one is friendly and the location is beautiful! I've never once seen someone leave less than thrilled with their new look- I most definitely feel like a whole new me every time! Brandi Campbell is my personal favorite but I'd trust any of their stylists with my hair. Their product selection is great and their knowledge and experience is the best in town!

This was my second trip to First Impressions. Allison cut my hair and i really like it. For the price, I'm very glad it came out so well. She was helpful and full of insight on what would and wouldn't look good with my kind of hair (fine and thin). I didn't have a picture, butI told her specifically what i wanted and she did a great job of listening, because it turned out just how i wanted it.

I didn't have a very good first-time experience here. I had a picture on my phone of the hairstyle I wanted, but didn't get it; I did get a wet phone, though. The woman who cut my hair wouldn't stop insulting my normal salon. She insisted that I not use store-bought products, only salon brands. She didn't listen when I told her where my natural hairline was, so it's now cut oddly for when I don't style it. And when I left the salon I did look younger. Like a 10-year-old. Aside from all the negatives, it was a quick cut, and I can now style it to look good. Was it worth 45+ dollars? Not at all.

I've only had a single haircut here, but after showing them a picture of how I typically wear my hair it was cut in a style that I could describe only as 'homey' or 'dated'. The woman who cut my hair was very nice and friendly, however for the price of having your hair and cut and styled I would have preferred for it to look the way I had specified. If the lady was unable to cut my hair the way I wanted I wish she would have just said so. ALSO the way my hair was styled was HIDEOUS for whatever reason she curled it (I have poker straight hair), but only the bottom. Once I went home and washed it out it looked fine when I styled it myself. I would be wary to ask for a style where a botched attempt could not be fixed by a more capable stylist.
