I used to strictly go to this salon for several years till I started to feel the atmosphere change. The salon can be hit or miss depending on who's there that day regarding the quality, price and attitude. I've called in a few times this year to make an appointment and found the attitude of who I spoke with was belittling me and was quite rude when I asked questions. I've repeatedly gone to other salons now and often think about giving this salon another try. Today I called again with some basic questions, but instead was treated poorly. I'm going to continue going to my current salon and give up on this one simply due to the mocking attitude of the receptionist. No need to be treated poorly when there is other salons that are kind, have reliable quality, and maintain price standards regardless of the salonist chosen.

I saw Nanette and she cut my hair pretty short, which is what I asked for. She didn't even offer me coffee like they had in the past. The cut isn't my favorite but mostly I'm upset because she was so abrupt and cranky with me. Her mind was clearly elsewhere. Then she charged me $55.00 for the cut, which was very basic. She did spend 45 - 50 minutes on it. Not sure I'll be going back.

I've been going to Nanette for years. I've never been disappointed.
