Been seeing Angela for more than 10 years. Great colorist. But can't follow simple directions for a haircut. My mother and father were also long time clients. That is up until a week and a half ago, when she went totally crazy on me- yelling and screaming at me in the salon for the entire store to hear. She went on and on ranting and raving about how at first, what was just a misunderstanding. Then it turned into being about what a "....Bad daughter I am, mistreating my mother..." Angela went bonkers, I mean, i've never in my life had someone yell at me the way she did that day. And no one in the store came back to help me. I thought she was going to hit me. Even after I started crying and pleading over and over for her to stop yellong, she kept going. The whole thing was like a scene from a movie, no kidding. Just a warning to anyone looking for a new stylist-go somewhere else. Angela has lost it. For all I know, she went home and murdered her entire family, and the bodies just haven't been discovered yet. The only thing that gives me any comfort is knowing sh's going to lose roughly $4000 in yearly income because she lost 3 clients all at once. Maybe she is unfamiliar with "The customer is always right". Peninsula Beauty Supply also lost my family's business for life. Point here-you never know how crazy someone really is until one day- they just snap! And Angela, surmised me completely! I never saw it coming. Watch out.
