Jessica is amazing! My very first appointment I told her that I am a Mom that's always on the go, so I would love to have a fabulous hair style but low maintenance at the same time. Jessica gave me a fantastic hair cut and highlights (to brighten my face a bit!) that is so manageable. It honestly takes me less than 5 minutes to fix my hair and most of my girlfriends and colleagues love my hair style! So if you are looking for a great style and reasonable price, definitely contact Jessica - you will not be disappointed. ~ Joy

I'm a frequent traveler and often find myself in a city where I've never been and in desperate need of a haircut. It happened to me in Burlingame.. I did about 5 minutes of research and found Trenz with great reviews. I meant to call ahead for an appointment, but ran out of time - so I took a chance and stopped by. I showed up near the end of their posted hours and was greeted by the manager / owner (not sure) and asked if they were able to take walk-ins. She politely said told me no, but that she'd check. She walked around and checked with the staff and she came back to me stating that the best she could do was 30 minutes. Jackpot! Given that I had no appointment - a 30 minute wait was a total win! So - I met Sam! I asked him if he had time for a color and a cut - he checked the time and agreed. Jackpot! Sam mixed up the magic and soon I had the perfect color. On to the cut. I could tell that I was in very capable hands, and my hair grows fast - I said I wanted short, sassy and fun and that he should just cut my hair the way he wanted. I told him to have fun with it. The cutting began - I knew with every snip that my hair was going to turn out great. Sam was in the hair "zone" and I wound up with probably the best haircut I've had in 30 years! I could not be happier with my cut, color and experience. Sam has my unqualified recommendation!
