Not sure what the bad reviews are all about. The place is very well maintained, the staff is always courteous, professional and attentive, and frankly, well above the usual Supercuts fare. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Staff preferred to go home rather than take my business fifteen minutes before closing, despite having only two customers and three hairdressers in the store. Looks like they've lost another loyal customer.

Poor customer service is what most of the reviews state and I concur, I have been to many Super Cuts that are busy and they do not use that fact as an excuse to provide poor service. I refuse to be treated poorly so I walked out and took my business dollars elsewhere.

I had a great experience here. I feel like this is the kind of place that people will only leave bad reviews, so I wanted to tell how happy I was with my haircut. Very friendly staff, very polite and I got a kickass haircut. They were thorough about cleaning. I loved it.

Bad phone service, time on the website is wrong. That is my second time trying to get a hair cut with them and they wouldn't accept appointment even that was over one hour left before they close . The first time I walked in at 6:58 and was only one person having a hair cut and they said that was closing already . If they want to close by 7 they shouldn't have in the website that closes by 8 pm. Definitely not going there again and you guys shouldn't idem .
