I come here usually around 9-10AM on a Monday or Tuesday. In a land where haircuts are greater than $15, I elected to try out a Great Clips instead of finding a barber in the area when I moved here. Service has consistently been great each time I come here. The credit card machine was down one time due to planned maintenance on the building systems, and I was lucky enough to have walked in and finished right in the 6 minute window where they reset things. We just talked about technology, and offered her a Dutch Bros. free drink card, but she wasn't having it. Very lighthearted, and I appreciate that she took the time to stay and chat instead of going in the back for a few minutes. The online check-in is a great tool that I use every time I visit. I like that when I enter my phone number and name, I get the estimated wait time. Added bonus - they note what style/type of haircut I got last time, so I get to skip over the awkward describing how I want the haircut thing. I'm 29, but once, before summer break for the kiddos, I was asked if I was excited for school to be out. I just said yeah, but I'm taking the summer off. Pretty sure I shaved my face (-4 years) and have braces (-9 years) so I understand where the question came from. Enough rambling. Great Clips will give you a no-frills haircut. Quick, consistent service with friendly staff. I'll be a regular.

I've been to many of these throughout the years and the Staffing there is great customer service is great I find that they listen to what I want and give me what I want or suggest doing it a different way if it's not going to look good thanks everybody who's cut my hair there.

It was ok.. the stylist was very careful and nice, but I wish she had cut more and made more layers... it almost doesn't seem like I had the hair cut... is there a way to have it fixed?
