This was a terrible salon experience for me. The cut Bebe gave me is nothing like the cut I asked for, and the layers are very uneven. I also asked her to bleach my hair, and she did not use the style or technique that I requested, and the bleached areas look splotchy and poorly done. I asked for a neutral-to-cool tone for the bleached areas, and after the first round of toner left the hair very yellow, she used a second toner which left my hair a warm, brassy orange. On top of this, the price was considerably higher than I'd been given to expect when I made the appointment. Since I couldn't get her to fix the cut or the color, I would also rate the customer service as being very poor. I found Sassy Salon (and Bebe specifically) based on positive Yelp reviews I read, so it was important to me to share that my experience was entirely different and left me very unhappy with my hair

I've been going to Sassy Salon for a little over a year now and have no complaints! Bebe and company take awesome care of their clients. I'm a satisfied customer for sure

Walk into a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere with a charming ambiance when you make an appointment at Sassy Salon. Meet with experienced stylist that are familiar and knowledgeable with all types of hair especially curly hair. You will get an excellent and honest consultation on your first trip to the salon. Always a welcoming cup of tea, coffee or a cold beverage. After being a client at Sassy Salon for a year now, my hair is in the best condition it has ever been. No breakage, no split ends and my hair feels and looks so healthy. I had never consider growing my natural hair out and I am now and it looks great!! I get a keratin treatment, color as well as highlights and I am constantly getting compliments on my hair besides the color finally looks natural for my skin color. For healthy hair, knowledgeable stylist and a super friendly atmosphere, Sassy Salon is number 1 in my book. Lucky for me my daughter did lots of research and found Sassy Salon. The trip to San Francisco is delightful and the neighborhood is worth exploring for great finds in food and novelties. Did I mention that the texture of my hair is like silk?

I love this place. The service is fantastic and the results are unmatched. Bebe is a one of a kind hair stylist; she continually outdoes herself with each haircut/treatment. I can say in 26 years of getting haircuts that my hair has never been healthier, fuller, and better looking. Maribel the skin care specialist at Sassy, is friendly and also gifted at her specialty. She interviews the client, understanding the entire picture and approaches her skin care treatments from a holistic point of view. To that end, my skin has never been cleaner, and healthier feeling. In our modern day professional competitive world, it is important to not only look your best, but to feel your best and everyone at Sassy helps me achieve this, with flying colors.

I'm half Mexican and half Black and it took me many years to find a hair stylist that can make my hair look amazing. I discovered Bebe at Sassy Salon about 5 years ago when I needed to purchase some Miss Jessie's product. Bebe gave me a complimentary consultation and I decided to make an appointment with her. I haven't gone anywhere else since! Bebe understands the importance of keeping the natural curl healthy and happy. She shapes the massive amounts of hair I have with ease. Her staff is always joyful to be around and they treat you very well Now women ask me all the time who styles my hair and I tell them all about Sassy Salon!
