I agree with Lisa Rubios review No flattery cut here I called yesterday and asked if they can cut curly hair and if they can cut just a little off. When I arrived not greeted. First they do not speak much English and not much in customer get to know you effort. But I thought maybe they can at least trim hair. I was seated too short so mirror was mush higher Hair was rushed not really taking the time for sections in a trim. I was clear in my expectations and again and not sure they understand English. She took more than I wanted off. We agreed very little. Very bad for curly hair. I like more time spent than five minutes of chopped bob look. I like gentler approach and a finer comb and more time. She did not take the time with careful cut on ends. I wanted to clean ends not rugged thick ends. Undiscplined approach to hair . I told her no blends not layers I still have a rounded bevelled look that very old school. Owner feels a v shape is a rounded shape. He said I must be use to a more upscale place for hair.

I have been going to Linda for years and my kids go to Linda or Tina for their haircuts. Can't beat he price and quick job. Quick doesn't mean sloppy! I will evaluate their pedicure after I try it.

I made an appointment for a haircut. When I got there, I was put on a manicurists chair and given a haircut that was in no way flattering to my face. Helen pretended like she was listening to me, but she wasn't. If she had been listening, she would have heard me say to keep the sides as long as possible. Instead she "evened it out", to where my tiny sideburns are... making me look like I gained 20 pounds! That's the side of my head, there should be spiky, modern ends about an inch longer instead of being bulky and chopped straight under my ear. Because I wasn't in a proper chair, she couldn't see that she was cutting an unflattering line. I don't like looker heavier or older, I don't want George Washington sides. I even showed her a picture! She's a good cutter, but she isn't conscious about cutting to flatter ME! I'm going to have Huey spike the ends a bit. I cannot trust her anymore, she didn't put me in the proper chair where I could have seen the damage and stopped it!
