I waited to give my review until I actually took my hair down. If you get your hair braided then I'm sure you know why. I am very impressed with the artistic skill level of the braid working done at AICHA Hair Braiding. From my initial call to schedule to the moment my braids were completed, I felt the love. A family friendly environment with a cozy "at-home" feel, I never felt that salon stuck up or stuffy feeling. No snide comments or rude remarks. It was ALL LOVE!! My braids came out exquisitely. No wrap around or knot on the top braids... They use the feeded braid technique. This technique reduces bulkiness and creates a smooth sleek braid from start to finish. This technique also prevents hair pulling and loss, again the reason I waited until I took my braids down. The French braids on the sides of my hair did not pull any hair out at all. There was no chunks or thinning there at all!! Very impressed! Like any thing we love...we pay for quality well worth every dime. Have cash to pay for your hair being braided. Bring a snack and something to drink although there are two convenience stores within walking distance. I highly recommend AICHA Hair Braiding in San Pablo.

Braids was not neat or cute inside a shamble

Had them for less than a month, and I need to get them re-done. I payed $200 for her to braid my hair only half way, andwas told after, that they charge extra to braid human hair to the end. I would have paid if I had known! Had to take some of them out after a week, because she didn't use glue or a rubber band and they were coming undone. Nope, never again. Update: was in a pinch and went back for synthetic hair. Much better. Still would not go back if I didn't have to.

Aicha's hair is the best braiding place ever, I always do my hair at that place and you can't expect more than Niama's braiding. I would strongly recommend it to anybody , loved the hair, loved the enthusiasm. I am very satisfied from her work and encourage everybody to go there.
