Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my hair done. Elena is magic with highlights/color. She is FAST! I have heavy highlighted hair. Elena highlights and cuts my hair in about 90 minutes and it's perfect every single time and extremely reasonably priced. The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. Parking can be challenging - Laurel Street generally is very busy.

Worst manicure/pedicure ever. Nobody should ever get anything like that. Zero work with cuticle. Bottom of the nails was not covered with polish. Fingers were pained with polish. WHY??? Just. Don't. Go. There.

I recommend people to get Keratin treatment done at this salon. Sahar is excellent in her skill, her intricate details where fabulous & also Alena's.

THREE months of damaged nails going on FOUR!! My nails are still damaged from getting them done here in Sept (it's now December!) I've had to cut the tips of my nails everyday for last three months since my nail bed has been filed down so far with a dremal. This was for just a manicure. I purposely don't get fake nails or any tips added on because I like my nails to be healthy. Below you can see over three months later there are still deep treches half way up my nailbeds. My nails are so thin from how deep she used the dremel. They rip everyday now! Been getting mani-pedis for over 20 yrs and have NEVER had this problem. I've never had to keep such short nails before, but I have no choice because now my nails rip and are so thin from the damage at this salon. You can see in my other reviews that this is one of the very few, BAD reviews I've ever given!! The nail tech is very personable and nice but BE AWARE!!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I bought a Groupon and when I called to book an appointment that were so rude I regretted buying this Groupon. They told me they were very busy and do not have time to talk to me to book an appointment. The rudest reply I have ever heard. Then I finally get an appointment but unfortunately on the day of the appointment I had an emergency and called them to cancel it and they said they will not honor the Groupon anymore. The most unprofessional service I have came across. Please do not waste your money here.
