This was an amazing experience today. High contrast to the Union Square location. Facilities were clean, front desk was super courteous - asking twice if I was waiting too long, and the shampoo/conditioning treatment like heaven. The stylist even went back over a few spots to make it perfect.

I want to personally thank these guy's for ruining my girlfriend's hair. It was growing beautifully but after getting it burnt beyond recognition, it hasn't been the same since. Took me a whole year of convincing her to grow it out, personally, I felt that long hair was the way to go, and I was correct, she looks incredible with long hair. Now it's damaged beyond repair and we might need to start over from scratch, throwing away all that hard work which was ruined by Drybar in less than 1 hour. Ladies, Do your hair a favor and avoid this place as if it is infested with rats. Fair warning, DO NOT GET ANYTHING DONE TO YOUR HAIR HERE. Sincerely, Boyfriend who will sorely miss my girl's long beautiful hair.

They don't seem to know how to handle blond, fine hair. The person who did my hair burnt it with a curling iron. Half of my hair fell off, 8 weeks later I still struggle combing through it. I spent 150+ dollars on cosmetics to try and save my hair.

The best hair shampoo and stylists !

My experience didn't start out great as the lady at the reception was not friendly at all and pretty much had a snark to everything she said. She also did not offer me a beverage, I only noticed this after she offered everyone after me a beverage. She was also wearing a hoodie which I thought was not professional at all. Although my stylist was exceptional and I was very happy with my hair, my experience was tainted from the get-go. I would suggest ensuring front desk staff is friendly, welcoming, and appropriately dressed.
