STEER CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! I made an appointment with Amber twice and she didn't show up to both. The first time, she forgot we had an appointment and asked to reschedule because she wasn't going to make it. The second time, I was waiting and calling her for 35 minutes when she finally answered me with a text. She told me she was filing her taxes and they were taking forever, she wanted to reschedule...AGAIN! When I called Eric I thought he'd be my hair savior, but I guess I was wrong. He told me he knew someone that could do my hair down to a 'T' and promised me that he'd be there and that I wouldn't get stood up again. I came, for the third time, waiting and calling because they were late. I spoke to Eric and he had an assistant or receptionist speak with me. She told me that due to an emergency, they were not going to be able to make it and had to reschedule. Now I understand emergencies happen, but they should've at least called or texted me to let know they're not going to be there beforehand. She told me that Amber is no longer going to be with 'D Street Cuts' anymore and that Amber doesn't know how to break it to her clients. This hands down has been the worst salon I've ever TRIED having business with. I will NEVER come back here again or recommend it to anyone else. I wish I could give this place negative stars, as they don't even deserve one.

Just went here and he did a fabulous job , worked around my kid squirming and looks great, and was a very kind man! Will go back for sure.

Highly recommend Amber! I'm very picky about my hair, and she was able to pull off exactly what I wanted. My highlights and cut came out perfect and I have gotten so many compliments. Shes also very reasonably priced and is flexible with scheduling which is hard to find in Santa Rosa. Definitely 5 stars

I get my haircut by Amber at d street cuts pretty much every week and I'm always satisfied with the outcome. I get a taper fade and sometimes a fade with a design which is not the easiest not to mention Amber can fade better than most men barbers I know. I believe both the women who work in d street cuts are extremely talented and very professional at what they do. This is a great and affordable shop and I have yet to be disappointed.

I got my son's haircut here in September and it was the best haircut he has ever had! Getting ready to go back in the next couple of days ;)
