Burned my forehead with the back of the hairdryer. After a casual "sorry" , was also uncaring - did not worry about getting me a burn cream . As my forehead was turning red and stingy from the burn, I asked for a cream to put on. They did not offer me to not pay, so I paid in full. When explaining I would have not left a tip due to what they had done to my face , they offered a sample of an antibiotic cream. Good job 👌

My latest experience at Blo was a superb one. I was booked with Hannah and she was fantastic, friendly, and communicative on how my hair behaves. My hair is super straight and doesn't hold in curls. She pinned my hair so the curls were tight, and as the day progressed onto the next, my hair was still curly (a little more wavy at the end, but still fabulous). There isn't a lot of space in the salon, so it can get cramped. It's also a little dark. But the decor is cute with the pink and white hues. You also get a non-alcoholic drink with your experience. I think it's a good deal for $40. It's fun experience if you just need to get your hair done for an event, or if you and your girlfriends need some girl time.

The girl that was doing my hair pulled out like half of it, the process was painful and at the end she burned my head with the curling iron. I asked for volume- my hair after 3 h looked like I never went for a blow out.

Bummed my hair ended up the same as I walked in with. Ask for volume and bounce, ended up with neither. Even had to point out that some parts were still damp. However, it may of been that one stylist - the other people in there looked like they were getting amazing blowouts.

It took more than an hour. Charged me $75 . By the time u arrived to event (2hrs) since my hair was done, it opened in the back. My friend had to repin. It was a big event my son's wedding. I opened my hair half way into event. Very dissatisfied. Rated 2 star because stylist ran to pay my parking meter with my credit card. Overcharged. 3 of us got our hair dome . Total payment $220.00
