I came here and had my hair down by Dawn. Very good experience. She was pleasant and funny and very proud of her work. I went in for a color and a highlight and because it didn't turn out the way she wanted it to be she asked if she could redo it which I appreciated. Very good. I would recommend her

Went it with my mother to get our hair cut. I chickened out and was asked why. I said every time somebody cuts my hair they mess it up. The master stylist then sat and talked with me about what I was looking for. I felt she knew exactly what I wanted. $90 later I walk out feeling great until I get home and realize my hair is TOTALLY messed up. So uneven and choppy layers. Everything I was afraid of. So unhappy!

I love my hair dresser been going here for years.

I've gone to Hair Cuttery several times and the hair cuts are always lacking. Usually I would have to touch up the unevenness at home. I kept coming back because the prices were cheap and the hair stylists were super friendly. Except last time I went for a trim and 4 foils the stylist gave me a ridiculous price of 75$ plus 20$ more for toner. I looked at her in confusion for a bit especially because I have a faded undercut and I only have hair on the crown of my head and its maybe 4 inches long. And she says 10$ per foil 35$ for the trim and wash after. I was like well maybe they changed their prices and decided just to get the trim since I hadn't brought that much money. One of the stylists whose done my hair a few times came out from the back. I would of had her do my hair but I didn't even know she was there, she must of been on break. And I said she usually does my hair every few weeks. 10 minutes later when she's washing my hair she randomly says opps I added wrong and gave me the price I normally pay except she charged me an extra 10$ to blowdry my hair which she insisted I needed to make sure my trim was even all the way around. My husband also got a trim and he said the hair stylist nicked him three times with her clippers. When he complained her excuse was that "we get paid slave wages and I can't afford better ones." I don't care if they drop there prices to one dollar I will not be going back.

On a whim during a hot, and humid summer day, I had enough of my long, think hair and went here during my lunch hour to get it chopped off. I was in and out and the woman who did my hair was friendly and attentive.
