On Thursday November 16th around 3pm I walked in Holiday hair rehoboth hoping to have my hair trimmed and shaped per pic I showered the stylist. The lady that worked on me I think her name was Kim she was small in size with blonde hair. Needless to say my experience with her service was terrible she cut my hair so short on one side when I tried to tell her it’s not what I wanted she started to be rude, to me she was in a hurry to work on her next customer. As her voice became lounder so did mine and she just said I am not doing your hair and gave me the stylist called Kateline. Kateline was nice to me tried to make what was left of my hair into a style. At the time I was having my hair fixed Kim disappeared to the back of the salon. I believe this particular branch needs to learn customer service I understand customers can be rude but In my case I did not have anyone come talk to me at the end of the haircut or explain what really happened. I will never go back to this branch. After I got home washed my hair it was still uneven I went to a holiday hair in Georgetown stylist called Sandra and the entire team of that branch was so professional I told them my experience in rehoboth and they apologized on their behalf. I am team Georgetown now THANK YOU Sandra I love my haircut.

Got one of the best haircuts I've gotten in a while here. Reasonably priced.

Was a walk in to get a trim for my 2 year old. Was told it would be about 30 minutes. Ok. Took his name and put in the computer. I walked over to the Walmart for 15 min and came back. Sat down and waited through 4 other people that were not there when I checked him in. I guess they may have made appointments but at least one was a walk in as well. After waiting a full hour after the time quoted I got up and left. We won't return. That place is a clusterfk.

The only salon I visit. I always request Kim. She has a pleasant personality and always does a fantastic job with my hair.
