September 21, 2018 I went to get a haircut. I was a walk in and told there was a 15 min wait. I waited just over an hour. I had about 3 inches took off which left my hair about shoulder length. No wash. No style. Just a simple cut. Took less than 15 minutes. Was pleased with cut. Went to pay. The young gal that cut my hair went to the computer to ring me up. She asked the ( manager) if there was a mistake on the screen. I was charged an additional $10 because my hair was long!!!! A total of $27.50 I was shocked! Paid the bill. Left. Sign posted said $17.50 Never again.

Can’t say enough about this salon. I was in a jam and needed my hair done right away. The staff is extremely friendly as I was greeted by everyone immediately. I was very impressed on how clean the salon was. Kim was my stylist, she was friendly and listened to my needs. She did a great job on my hair and eyebrows. I will definitely be returning.

I previously went to this location & was very unimpressed. The store was dirty & the manager was very miserable acting. I recently heard there was new management & decided to give it another try & I am soooo glad I did! The changes are so much better! The salon is clean & every one seemed very welcoming! Kudos on making the RIGHT changes!
