Made an appointment so I WOULDN'T HAVE A LONG WAIT. Arrived about 10 minutes early, and a gentleman was getting his hair cut. A woman was in a chair waiting. I thought she was with the gentleman. I waited in the food court. Another gentleman arrived who worked there. Thinking he was a stylist, I went in and said I had an appointment. He told me to sit in one of the salon chairs and the female stylist would be with me. Just as I was about to sit, the female stylist told me she had to blow dry the lady's hair real quick( one waiting in the chair. She had her hair up in a ponytail and a hat on, so I was a bit confused on that). So I waited. After finishing up with the gentleman the stylist proceeded to WASH the lady's hair. Then blow dry it. Which seemed to take FOREVER. I believe 30 minutes or more had passed. I was getting irritated that making an appointment meant nothing to them. After blow drying I was thinking okay she's done. NOPE. Then the stylist proceeded to FLAT PRESS HER HAIR IN SECTIONS. I got up and said I had to leave. Stylist asked if I wanted to reschedule. NO was my reply. I WILL NEVER RETURN. That was so ridiculous! I would rate the place ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE.

What's the point of even opening if you are going to hide in the back for an hour hiding from customers. It's after 10 when the hairstylist comes in with the gate still halfway down. Fiddling around in the cash drawer, blow drying her hair for thirty minutes before caring to notice we're there. Then when she does she of course you wait longer to get started on you. I'll have to admit she did a good job but time spent waiting causes this place to loose points

showed the woman exactly where i wanted my hair cut and she cut it shorter i dont think she knew what she was doing like if she barely passed beauty school and does NOT know how to cut curly hair because my hair was damp and it was too short but after it dried it got even shorter! i showed this woman a picture and it looks nothing like the cut in the pic i could have done a better job myself ALSO SHE WAS VERY ROUGH WITH MY SCALP THE WHOLE TIME I FELT LIKE MY SCALP HAD BEEN ASSAULTED

Too bad you can't go lower than one star. Place is supposed to open at 10am. I got there at 10, and the woman working there was blow drying her hair. When she was done with that, she started counting her change drawer. At 10:07, she opened the front. I told her I wanted a haircut. She told me it would be 1 or 2 before she could to me. The place was empty. I told her if she had opened at 10, she would be done with me. She got sarcastic with me as I walked away. Just walked by at 10:25, and the place is still empty. Avoid this place, and especially the sarcastic blonde.
