Had one of the girls that was bleaching my hair leave me under the hair dryer for way longer than needed to go cut other people's hair. It would have been fine if she checked on me in-between cuts but she did not check my hair until she was done with multiple people. My hair ended up almost white (which wasn't what I was asking for) and fried. I asked what I could use to help fix it and she just sold me products that did nothing for my hair. It's been a while since then and my hair is just getting back to normal.

They've always been great with the kids and have always done a wonderful job. Clean & Professional. Why do people complain, when they have to wait? That means MANY people appreciate their work and return to them. We do! Be afraid of the EMPTY shops, not the BUSY ones.

This place is a no go if your wanting color done. The first time I got it done she used the wrong color and it did not match my highlights AT ALL. . They did however agree that I could come in and have it fixed by a different stylist. Which i did. And for the next about 4 trips to the salon Jazime did a great job with my hair. But just this last time she left my foils on too long and it has resulted in me losing alot of my hair. She burnt off my hair underneath.. i called the after cause I notice it looked almost white at the roots. I was told itll darken. Which it did a little.. but you can still see the patch of hair thats a different color. I also have to use bobby pins now to keep my hair up in a pony tail or bun after losing so much.. Im very sad about the whole thing :( my hair is 22inches long and now in the back its only 3 inches.. Please look for a different salon if you need highlights or color done. I still haven't found a salon.. im in fear someone will ruin it or more will break off.

I've always been treated right when i go to Cost Cutters on 23rd St. in Panama City. I get a shampoo and haircut and it feels wonderful! I've been going for about 20 years now, mind you i remember to go about once a year. Tend to let my hair grow between visits, but i like the place.
