Been to this one many times always got a good cut but today worst haircut I've ever had. I wanted a trim and a little layering the gal cut off at least 5 inches of hair and not a real good job of layering. Now I can't even put my hair in a ponytail and so short. Good news my hair will grow back bad news I may not come back. The other thing too was the gal had cut the back of my hair before she asked me if that was the right length. Who does that. My answer was it's a lot shorter than I wanted but nothing I can do about it now. All in all didn't like it but she said it was only $10 and it looked like a $10 haircut

Although pricey, the hairdressers here are the best! They are all friendly and very experienced.

Go to a barbershop. Save $ and get a better cut. These chain places are terrible

Got a cut and color---Valerie does a very professional job! Great to find a high-end stylist at a chain-salon price!

Don't let a young man named Derek (I think was his name, something that starts with a D) touch ur hair. I've gone to this place for years & always had great haircuts, highlights, etc no problems. My hair is so messed up it will take 3 more cuts (about 6 weeks apart) to fix it. I can't believe the manager that came over to help him (after he struggled like he'd never cut hair before) after an hour & a half of snipping a hair here, a hair there-didn't just take over and fix it. My patience had worn out and i left after he thought he was finally done. There was NO SMILE in that mirror. I've gone somewhere else to get it fixed and the stylist of 20 yrs said she'd never seen anything like this and said Hair Cuttery is usually good. I agree, never had issues like this before that guy did my hair. I won't return there until he stops working there (they have quick turnover so probably won't take long). I like a stylist there named Val who always does great job.
