I've been taking my brother for his haircut couple times to this place and I decided to give it a try too. I totally love it, my hair looks awesome, the products they use are really good, the place is very clean and the staff is really nice and professional. I highly recommend this place

Have gotten my haircut here for the last two years or so... all of the employees are very nice and knowledgeable. I always get my haircut with Grethel or Kenya. Service is fast even though sometimes the place is really busy. I would recommend.

Johany is AMAZING!!!! My hair was virgin light brown and i had trusted someone the previous day make it a FEW shades darker. Omg!!! My hair was left a DISASTER!!!! It was a blotchy dark brown black horror!!! I honestly had nightmares that night. The next morning I called this location and the angel on the phone was JOHANY. She scheduled an appointment for me within an hour. Once i arrived she evaluated the situation, consulted with coworkers, and started her magic. She told me i was going to be her only client of the day and dedicated herself 200 percent to making sure my needs were met and exceeded. I came in with a dark intense black blotchy mess and left with a beautiful honey light brown balayage dream come true!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH JOHANY i am so grateful!!!! PS the rest of the staff is great too!! The girl with the purple hair was super helpful and the gentleman greeting and answering the phone was super professional

I had a good experience the last couple times. That is why I was disappointed by the lack of communication this time around. I walked in around 6pm on May 15 and saw that 3 Barbers were busy with customers. No one greeted me so I just sat down.10 minutes later a young Hispanic barber finished first so I came up to her. She said I had to wait for someone else while being vague about who it would be. I asked how long I'd have to wait and she was being vague about that as well. She then disappeared into the back for the next 20 minutes, every now and then peeking out at me and then disappearing again. I overheard the Caucasian barber telling her that appointments take precedence over Walk ins. Which is fine, but then no one bothered to tell me how long I should expect. After waiting 20 minutes I saw the Caucasian barber became free, but she greeted what seemed to be her next appointment and walked by me like I wasn't there. After 30 minutes and not seeing any hope of anyone freeing up I thought I should interrupt one of the Barbers to ask when I was next. But by that time I was irritated by the thought that I had to be put in that situation and I just walked out and took my business elsewhere. This post is already too long for something as trivial as a haircut.. But losing my valuable time from bad customer service from what is supposed to be a service industry just gets under my skin.
