Walked in for the first time. Noticed a male customer with an apron on, obviously waiting for someone. Another hair dresser was chatting with her customer and after several minutes finally turned to me, briefly and told me someone would be with me shortly. Another 8min pass and a hair dresser walks out from the back and asks the other hair dresser is willing to take me since she has to “leave in 6min”. The other hair dresser said “ok”. I sat and waited for another 25 minutes and no one said anything else to me. ... Now I do understand that this is a small shop and it was around 6pm, however I wish I was told the wait was going to be a while instead of me sitting around for 30+ min and realizing it could be a lot longer. I didn’t decide to wait around and just walked out. Not a good first impression...

Toni does a great job cutting / coloring my hair. I have been going to her for about a year now, and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very disappointed when I left if I could give no stars I would. When I entered the salon, I told the stylist I was trying to let my hair grow out and I wanted to keep it as long as possible. After about 15 to 20 minutes of so called "shaping it up" my hair was almost 1.5" shorter. All I really needed was the back trimmed so that the rest could keep growing out to be even all over. I now feel like I am starting back at stage one. Her statement was I am not doing anything drastic as she kept snipping and cutting all over my head. Would not recommend anyone that is trying to maintain their length to visit this establishment because you will come out bald.

My mom had a hair cut and blow dry...Tony did an EXCELLENT job and trust me she had gone to a cheapo salon before last and they messed up her hair. So mom was more than pleased..thanks Tony for making my mom feel beautiful again!!! :))))))))))))))))))))

Went to this Hair Cutlery on Sunday morning between 10 and 11 and was sat right away. That was the last thing to go well, I asked for a very basic clipper cut of a "3" on the sides and back and a "4" cut on top. The stylist dropped the clipper attachment multiple times before starting my cut, then proceeded to cut my hair having the attachment rarely touching my scalp which if you've never gotten a clipper cut means you are not receiving a proper and even cut. During her attempt to cut my hair she dropped the attachment off of the clipper multiple more times. It had been over a month since my last cut and she said she was done before there was barely any hair on my apron. She gave me a rinse and shampoo and when questioned about the length of my hair she then went on to cut it with a scissor above where she was grabbing it with her fingers. I said to her I have never had anyone cut my hair with a"4" and still be able to grab my hair with there fingers let alone cut it above there fingers, she informed me this was a normal length for a "4". For those who don't know a "4" attachment is under a half inch of length. I can continue on blow by blow with how many details of my military simple haircut were messed up but I hope I have conveyed enough to dissuade you to going there. My haircut is a very low skill needed cut and I have preformed it on myself many times including after this pathetic attempt if you want a decent cut avoid this location the stylist doesn't have the proper professional tools or skill to do the job.
