Violetta has been doing my hair for over three years and I get asked all the time who my hair dresser is. She has evening hours which is great since I work full-time. Her daughter also does amazing facials that are so relaxing. I highly recommend her to everyone!

I had an amazing experience, customer service at its finest.Violetta has been blessed with magical hands. As I was having a detox body wrap she explained everything in detail before and after. I was so impressed I schedule two more appointments. Definitely will try and go everytime that I am able.

BUYER BEWARE. MY HAIR WAS SO OVERPROCESSED I HAD TO CUT IT ALL OFF. So, if I could give this a negative rating I would.... Backstory: I have short hair and have been growing it out for almost a year, so my hair was very precious to me! I came into get my hair permanently straight for a couple of months. Which she said was possible over the phone. So anyways... Here's my story. I was looking to get a keratin treatment done on my hair, it was healthy hair with bleached ends. Although it was bleached, it was in good condition. No breakage, a few split ends if anything. When I first arrived, I was kind of nervous because the space was so little, cramped up, and dark. I only came here because it was open on a Saturday... And I went off of the 2 good Google reviews. Anyway, she took me to her room and informed me that I shouldn't get the keratin treatment because it contained formaldehyde and that she doesn't enjoy the smell of it. Okay? So she recommended for me to do a deep conditioning treatment as well as a light relaxer treatment. She made it sound as if it would be nicer on my hair and that it would keep the ends straight.(my hair is slightly wavy, nothing drastic). I basically put my trust into this woman and she put the relaxer in my hair. She had offered a discounted facial massage by her daughter, and I agreed to it(p.s, she said it was a good deal but her online listing price on website was 10$ cheaper... FML?!) So I am getting this facial done, which was calming.. Kind of ghetto because the bed was right behind the little hair station I was just at,, this room was so tiny! Definitely not big enough for a massage bed?? So after like a longggg time with the massage the hair dresser finally comes back and is ready to take the relaxer out of my hair. She rinses my hair out and keeps reminding me that my hair will be straight! So I'm like okay good stuff. She begins to brush and dry it, and she makes a comment "I do not like the way the hair feels through the brush". I was like ?? Didn't think anything of it... Until it was fully dried. I looked at my hair and saw it looked dryer than I have ever seen my hair! I touched the ends, and I began to cry. I cried my eyes out. My hair was fried! It was completely over processed and there was nothing I could do about it! She was frantic and didn't know what to do but say that she was sorry and not to cry. How am I not supposed to cry?? My hair takes so long to grow and now it's ruined... She made me pay for the facial but not the hair treatments... I tipped the lady's daughter 15$ because she was very kind and did a good job. I left the salon and the very next day I got my hair cut off! Every single time I touched my hay-like hair I began to bawl. I was completely shut down and super depressed.. So here I am now with short hair all over again and spending 100$+ on hair care products to try and help the rest of it. Most traumatic day I've had in years. I will never go back, and never recommend anyone to this place. She obviously doesn't know how to handle bleached hair. BEWARE! :(
