Most favorite hairstylist Ever! Hands down

Feb 21, 2017
I am a recent snow bird to the great state of Georgia and was looking for a new stylist when I narrowed my options down to Jamie. My hair has been a unique color to say the least but Jamie welcomed the challenge. I had explained to her over the past 5 years of trial and error the products that worked the best for my hairs needs and she opted to go with a different option. After my first washing my hair had faded and blotched considerably. I stayed in communication with her and due to both our schedules we were not able to get back in. 3 washings later my hair looks terrible. The same colors that at my previous salons in the north would last 3/4 months and 25 washings. I use all salon purchased products and shampoos designed to help my color with longevity. I am greatly disappointed with my services. My friend also came with me and tried a new color with her hair, plum and purple was suppose to be the out come and again with 3 washings the color has dramatically faded and is now dingy and no where near the color that was intended. When you pay $450 for a salon to offer you a service, you expect that salon to back their services. I should not be expected to pay $185 additional dollars to fix something we have have communicated since the first week. I have made attempts to work this out with Jamie and understand completely that we were unable to get back the second week. Jamie did not have openings and we had 180 horses in the barn that week for a show and it was not as simple to take 6 hours away to fix our hair. In the beginning I explained to her that the products that had been used in the past were what was best for my hair, I should know, I have been walking around with it for the past 39 years. I was reassured that if it was wrong, it would be made right. I missed the memo where right meant spending another $200 out of my own pocket. And that didn't include the $40 tip I left her the first time.

Jamie is so sweet and professional. She took the time to find a color that I not only loved but one that would suit my complexion. If you want the best, go see her! She's awesome.

I'm extremely picky about who touches my hair, as I have thick, naturally curly hair. Jamie Goodman is amazing! She's so patient when I'm indecisive and I love getting her feedback. I mostly appreciate her honesty. If I'm interested in a certain color, she will tell me whether she can get it there the first visit or if it will require more because my hair pulls red. Being a hairdresser is an art to Jamie and she is very talented. She's full of knowledge as well. The establishment is warm and welcoming. The decor is full of vibrant colors. I'm so happy that I found this gem!
