Have you ever had that one haircut that haunts you for years and years. Well I had that experience here. It has actually been a few years but I cant stop thinking about it so I figured I had better leave a review. I have to have a really bad experience to give a one star review, but it is what it is. I went for a hair TRIM not even an actual cut back in December of 2015. I don't remember the name of the guy who cut my hair. But the whole time he was chopping at my hair. He kept telling me about how he just graduated from the hair school just across the street and how he didn't even really need school because his instructors always told him how he was doing great and they didn't even really need to check his work. My hair was to the middle of my back and I asked for a trim and told him I was growing out my layers. He washed and about half way dried my hair. So it was still wet and frizzy when I left (it was a really cold December day so naturally I loved having wet hair while running my errands after) He did show me my hair in the mirror at the end but honestly I couldn't really tell how bad it was (also probably since it was still damp, frizzy and unstyled) until I got home and rewashed and styled it my self. It looked like he sectioned the top and bottom half and cut a straight line across the top half about an inch above the bottom half!! It was horrendous. I could have given a pair of craft scissors to a 13 year old and it would have looked better. I had my mother in law try to save it. She asked what happened to my hair, I then lost some unnecessary inches off of my hair I had been growing out. But all in all now I thoroughly do my research into salons and stylists. I won't let someone cut my hair unless I have seen lots of their work. So I guess I learned my lesson that way.

Walked into amazing customer service and very professional staff. They didn't rush me through, and they listened to what I wanted and did things my way. Would definately recommend this place to anyone of all ages.
