I was happy to find a hair dresser but please stay away from this store. I think she has not this Kind of experience to cut my hair. All the time she ask the other person if they can help. She don´t spoke with me and after 10 minutes I show her the picture of the cut again because she made a totally different cut. I looked in the mirror and I said please stop and she contact the shift leader and ask for help. The shift leader had only 4 or 5 minutes for me and she cut a littler bit my hair. In the front of my face my hair isn´t cut straight. It was a bad experience and I hope my hair grow up fast to go to a better hair dresser. This store wasn`t professional for me.

Almost always have a 10-20 minute wait for a simple hair cut, or longer if they are busy. I have had some decent cuts here and some not so good. Just an average place, nothing spectacular.

They did a great job my boys love their haircuts we did come in 20 minutes before closing no one noticed us until 5 minutes before closing the lady that chose to cut my boys hair as was awesome she's like yeah bring them right over but another lady that was there who checked us in look to her and said do you really want to cut or should we send them away? In my opinion that's unprofessional if you are going to ask that don't ask it directly in front of the customer where they can hear you and show your annoyance when your co-worker is more professional than you and takes on the haircuts anyways. I was more than happy to give a $20 tip and make sure to tell her not to share it with her rude coworker
