I spent 4 1/2 hours there and my hair dresser McKenna dyed my hair and then said that it needed to be toned. This took her from 4- 8 and then being already closed she did a rush job on The front hair so the front was all choppy. Not only that but didn't wash out all the toner and said it would all wash out. Now my hair looks the same blonde it was when I went in. However the owner was very nice and solved the issue and was willing to work with me.

I had an awesome experience and will definitely make this my new go to place. I always went to Totally clips before and was pretty shocked when I showed up and the door said they were closed for good. I bounced around from bad haircut to bad haircut for the past months since they closed but now finally got a perfect haircut here at Fantastic Sams. The place looks awesome with the new remodel and they really take care of you offering waters and cookies. Love that they brought back the free wash as well! Awesome place. I'd recommend it to anyone.
