I have been going to Becky since she came to Burley. She does my eyebrows and hair and my 4 kids hair as well(Also, my husbands when I can get him to not be a cheapo). Becky is a tough love professional stylist/colorist. If she thinks what you want wont look right or will ruin your hair, she won't do it, because Becky cares just as much about your healthy hair as your pretty hair. Becky also cares about the other clients in her salon, not just the one's in her chair. Have respect for her and her business and she will definitely have respect for you.

My daughter and I walked in to have our hair cut a d colored... Stormee greeted us... And was super nice! She had just got a walk I. And asked if I could either wait for return at a different time... I agreed and when I returned she was done and ready... And happy to see me. My hair was fabulous ... The color was spot on and the cut to die for... Very trendy!!! I will be returning!!! LOVED IT!

I was treated horribly by Becky, the owner of this salon. I’d been going to Lindsey for my lashes for about 10 weeks (about 5 appts). For my last scheduled appt, I had the little 4 year old I babysit with me and my 3 month old as well (who is a very easy, calm baby). I normally don’t bring anyone with me but I didn’t have anyone to watch them on that particular day. I thought it would be fine only because in past visits, I noticed a room in which kids were playing (during a parent’s appt, I’d assumed). However, that was not the case. But rather than kindly informing me of my misconception about the kid room and rescheduling me (which I would’ve completely understood and been okay with), I arrived and the owner was immediately uptight, rude, and very short with me. She asked why I was there. I told her I was there for a lash fill with Lindsey. She curtly told me a lash fill was an hour long. I didn’t know why she was telling me this, but was surprised because Lindsey always did my lash fills in about 30-40 minutes. She said “I’m going to reschedule you because I don’t feel like babysitting your kids for you.” I was surprised and said, “I didn’t want you to have to babysit them either, I thought you had a room for kids.” And she said in the rudest way, “We do, but it’s for our kids, because we, like, work here.” I felt extremely embarrassed at my assumption and was caught off guard by her tone and belittling demeanor. I barely held myself together until I got back to my car where the tears flowed. I called my husband, bawling. He was obviously upset and in protection mode because he got on google and gave the salon a one-star rating for feeling like his wife was so mistreated. Not even an hour later, Becky, the salon owner, sent me this text: "Appointment cannot be accommodated with Rebel Hair Studios on Thu, Feb-22-2018 due to: You bring in a new born and a 2 year old to get your lashes done with your eyes closed for an hour apt. and your husband rates my business a one on google!!! thats really cool" Not only will I never go back to this salon ever again, but I will tell everyone I know not to go here, should they ask.
