Misha is great! She has done my brows and styled my hair for about a year now. Always takes her time and always wants to make sure you are happy.

I love Smart Styles and it's the only place I go. Tiffany is the only one I let do my color and cut and she is fantastic.

The manager Tiffany is very rude. Has absolutely no good customer service skills. I tried to return a hot tool I bought within 30 days and was told I couldn't because they don't return hot tools. Then her second reason was that she would not return it because it was on "clearance", but it wasn't. No where on my receipt does it show this was a clearanced item. I was told, the day I bought it that I could return it as long as I didn't open it by the sales associate because I kept debating the purchase. My husband was with me as proof she said that and I never opened it or took it out of the box. Then she goes on to say that it will only be returned if it's broken. What kind of business is that. I don't even mind store credit but nope this lady is just plain rude. I was very civil when I went in so not sure what her problem is. Way to treat customers Mam. I've been in customer service for 9+ years, this is ridiculous. I've contacted the district manager and waiting on a call back. Will never do business with them again!

I just got the express cut but Misha listened to what I wanted, looked at the pictures & cut my hair the way I wanted it. What more can you ask for? Will be going back.
