She was super busy. Was taking care of three other clients besides me. I had to go to a funeral with over processed bleach blonde hair. I'm sure I could of came back to have it fixed but didn't have the time nor wanted to be fit in between four clients. Thought she was just over worked. Also ask the price before you have anyone do your hair. To late to complain when it's done, that a simple half a head highlight job cost $120. Reply to owner: I answered a review honestly and I am sorry if you're not happy. As I stated the person only did half my hair in white (bleach blonde) highlights. I also made it clear she was doing three other clients hair at the same time. I wasn't thinking clearly because someone died and I was going to their funeral. In my grief I must of tapped on the button for a great tip, your welcome. No one just 'fit me in' I made an appointment a week in advance. I was asked by Google for a review so I gave it. I never said who did this job but I can if you want.

Michele will do a great job the first time she does your hair, then she wont even bother to take the time to dry and style it and still charges you full price. Its unfortunate she overlaps her appts so b4 your hair is even done she has someone else shes working on before you even get your foils out. Super unprofessional.

I chose this place, specifically Michelle because of good reviews, but was skeptical as a hairstylist is usually hit or miss. We were traveling through town and I needed a good stylist, who can kind of understand what you need and doesn't need a lot of hand holding through it. Michelle is incredibly skilled and fast and she hit the nail in the head from the first time!! Needless to say, I scheduled another appointment with her for color retouch a week later. Once again it was done very professionally and my hair looked so good and completely natural! I was also pleasantly surprised by the prices that are half of what I'm used to pay living in Las Vegas. I would recommend this salon and especially Michelle to anyone and will definitely be booking her again when back to this area in the fall!

Michelle is amazing! My hair is super difficult to get blonde it always likes to be brassy but Michelle worked her magic and now my hair is the blondest I’ve seen it thus far! I’m so pleased with it! My hubby approves too, he noticed right away it was the blonde I’ve been wanting!
