I come to this location often. Every time I come here for makeup, they are always sold out of what I’m looking for. Specific color of foundation, eyeliner, and just about anything else I came for. I usually wind up going to meridian where I can find what I’m looking for. This store really needs to order more items to keep them in stock at all times. I’m just about done shopping at this location.

The person I asked for help from was not friendly and made me feel like I was a huge annoyance to her. I understand retail during the holidays can be a rough line of work, because I also work in retail; however, I was kind to her from the very beginning of our interaction to the end of it and she did nothing but make me feel like I was annoying to her.

To get a make up and skin care is great, girls were super helpful, the hair salon on other hand is the worst I've ever been too, brought pic and explained that I want dimensional low highlights, walk out of there looking like a skunk, hate it, and on top of that she didn't even do deep condition which offered free with any color. Uneducated girl, will never get my hair done there. For $160 you would think you get at least what you came there for.

One employee checked me out and then rolled her eyes at me as I was leaving the store! really?! lol! It felt like I was back in high school again! It's as if the employees are mad that people even shop there. Extremely rude, immature, and unprofessional.

Alright... So I said I would never rant about this but it happened again yesterday so rant time. My boyfriend and I used to frequent this Ulta store every week. I loved using my coupons and getting stuff cheaper. We would go every Sunday just to see what was on sale and if I really needed it I would buy it. A lot of the people working there already knew us by first name. About a month before the holidays they hired a bunch of new people that I had never seen. Anywho, my boyfriend and I went to the nail polish area to check out the colors when he heard a security call on the walkies to go to our particular area. Then we were surrounded by at least 4 employees at all times. And I'm not kidding. I would move to the makeup section and there were at least 3-4 employees around me. Now, I've been here so many times that even the guy with the hair called me by my name and greeted me normally. And when we left, there was at least 6 employees dismissing us as we opened the door to leave. Needless to say I've never gone back to Ulta after that. (Only to cut my hair) Now yesterday I wanted my cousin, sister and I to try some face masks. Ulta was opened so I said ehh what the hell. Same experience. This time the manager was the one following me. I saw her a total of 10 times in the span of 30 minutes. She was awfully rude and inconsiderate. Now here's my problem, I would never steal anything. Why do I need to be watched? I really did feel racially profiled. So Ulta, if you're listening to me, I will never ever step foot in your store again. I will be taking my money to Sally's Beauty Salon cause they have never profiled me and have been very knowledgeable in their products. Good bye.
