The girl was really nice I just don't think she had any clue what she was doing. Stripped my hair twice, telling me no damage would be done. 1. It did not work. 2. I left the salon with my hair more dead than when I showed up. Even after the multiple washes and a deep condition, I could not run my fingers through my hair! The cut was uneven and not professional at all. I let her know I was unhappy and she said I can have a free dye if I want it brown. Biggest waste of $100. Will never go again. Went to the beauty school and they fixed the cut, did another deep condition and now my hair is manageable. Just wish I could get my money back. If you are going to damage hair or not know what you are doing, let the customer know!
