I would give this ZERO stars if it were possible. Yesterday, I got THE WORST hair cut of my life at Super Cuts. I asked for a trim and for the layers to be brought up a little bit. I went home, straightened my hair, and saw how BUTCHERED it was and went immediately back. The manager took me in and was in just as much disbelief as I was and told me that she had no idea what the girl had done to my hair. I literally had CHUNKS of hair that were missing because she just CHOPPED it all off. The manager didn't even know how to fix it and she even was feeling my pain and kept saying how sorry she was and that she felt bad. The only solution she said was to bring it all the way up to my shoulders and to frame it around my face. So we did that and even NOW the ends are not even. There's about a half inch to inch difference in length between the left and right and the "layers" are still butchered in MAJOR shelves. I have never been so close to crying over a stupid haircut but this one did it. How do you go from a "trim" to losing 5 INCHES of hair if not more!?!?!?! It's saddening to because they used to have the best staff ( Amber ;) ) and I've been going to this place my whole life. But over the past 3 years, I have received 5 butchered haircuts with this one being the worst by far! I kept going back in hopes that it would get better but it is OBVIOUS that's not the case. DO NOT GO HERE right now. Go to a place that has professionals who know what they're doing. it may cost a little bit more, but it will be worth it. I don't ever do these reviews but this one needed to be mentioned. I can't even bare to look in the mirror because it makes me cringe every time to see how horrible my hair is and how SHORT it is. 6 weeks can't come quick enough for it all to grow back :( At least I got my money back but that makes NOTHING better. My hair is gone and so is my trust for Super Cuts.
