I have had the pleasure of having my make up and hair done at the Earthly Beauty Bar on more than one occasion. There professionalism and patience were above and beyond. There goal is to ensure you are happy with your look and they are willing to take the time to make it happen. If you're looking for hardworking, down to earth entrepreneurial women who know how to make you look like a queen then look no further.

My daughter called to make an appointment for herself to have hair and make-up done. They declined stating they aren't doing anymore weddings this year, even though my daughter explained it wasn't for an entire wedding party, just herself. My daughter ended up talking to the owner and she said she would try to "squeeze her in" and would call her back, but she never did. I worked in the service industry for years and this is not acceptable customer service. I don't care what the reason is for the appointment, it shouldn't matter, hair and make-up is hair and make-up. You have a service to perform for a fee and that's as far as it goes. Oh yes, I suppose you could say you have a right to refuse service to anyone, but that would be for a valid reason which is not the case in this instance. I read another review that stated the staff is truly horrible and I must agree, this is not how you treat your customers. I'm just shocked that you would turn away customers just because she's getting married and wants to get her hair and make-up done. What???? Are you for real???? I'm still shaking my head in disbelief, this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. I am shocked you're still in business if this is how this business is run.

Jen was wonderful however the staff is truly terrible. The worst customer service. I traveled 9 hours to have a consultation with her for my wedding, left so excited and with the expectation that they would be reaching out to me within the next few days to setup a trial date. After a month of not hearing from them I left multiple messages with no retuned calls. 5 months before my wedding they call and try to setup a first time meet and consultation!! I explained to them that I already had a consultation and signed the contract and was waiting to setup my trial run and she says that they must have lost my contract and that maybe we could do a skype consultation. I'm sorry but if I'm paying over $200 to get my makeup done for one day, I expect this to be a seamless interaction. I ended up getting so frusturated that I went with someone else.... maybe your luck will be better than mine, but I wouldn't reccomend anyone to them. Very unprofessional.
