I have never gotten such a bad hair cut in my life!! So bad that the next day I spent $248 on a wig!!! It was cut so short it's shorter then my husband's, plus uneven!! I showed her a picture of what I wanted it to look like! We even talked About bad hair cuts! She kept me away from the mirror until the very end!!!

Bobby is terrific! I feel lucky that he works in Coeur d'Alene, at a salon that I can afford, since he is at least as skilled as hairdressers I've visited in San Francisco, New Orleans and Seattle. He really listens to his clients, and takes the time to make sure that they are completely happy before they leave the salon. He is enthusiastic about his craft, and takes every opportunity to keep current on new techniques and products. He is also lots of fun. Thanks, Bobby!
