Not smart. When I walked into the store there was not another soul in the store other than the employee and me. She told me I would have to wait because there were other people waiting....Where? Are they ghosts? I understand the concept of putting your name on a list to save your spot in line but if you dont come back before its your turn you loose your spot. To turn the only customer in the building away because your waiting for someone who isnt there not only did you loose a sale but are also waisting your own time.

I was not happy with my fill at all. The guy who did then never spoke a full sentence to me then the looked horrible. None of them were the same length. After all that they charged me $45 For the fill since I wanted pink and white. I wish they would have told me that up front. That was the last time I went there or plan to go there.

They were great! I brought my daughter there as a walk in. She is due to have a baby any second so it was last minute. Not only did they see her, they did a cut and color. Stephanie did an awesome job on her hair! I ended up getting my hair cut too though I hadn't planned on it. Conner was amazing. This is the best haircut I've had in a long time, and I am not easily pleased. I've had trouble with my hair since losing it because of chemo. It grew back with an unruly texture and he had the expertise to address my issues. Very kind and professional staff! Thanks, you guys for making us feel pretty while we wait for this baby to be born!

I love this salon! I have been coming here for years. I always feel like I get FANTASTIC hair at an affordable price. The staff is always friendly. I usually go on a weekday, during the day, so it is rare that I have to wait. On the rare occasion, the staff is good to let me know how long it will be and I can check in and go do errands and come back, instead of just sitting and waiting. I refer all of my friends here! None of them have come to me disappointed. They are appreciative that they now know where to get FANTASTIC hair at an affordable price!!!!

Absolutely the worst place to have ANYTHING done! The staff is completely unprofessional while they sit around making customers stand there saying , "I haven't eaten yet so you can wait!" The nerve of such arrogant people believing that just because they are a last resort for anyone to walk in instead of having a scheduled appointment anywhere else means they can afford to treat you like crap??? Just an FYI... It's not good business practice to make your customers feel bad about their hair before they get their haircut, THAT'S OBVIOUSLY THE REASON WHY THEY CAME IN!!! How dare these people be allowed to practice customer service! I asked how I could contact the person in charge of everyone that worked there and I received no answer to my question. If you believe in your work and know you did nothing wrong then you shouldn't find any reasons not to give me the info I seek... Obviously I'm not the first to have a bad experience. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Like I said, THE WORST PLACE TO HAVE ANYTHING DONE!
