2 stars because: •They weren’t upfront about cost, and didn’t explain beforehand that they judge the total cost by how “thick” they feel your hair is, rather than how many bowls of color they use or the amount of time spent on it. (Seems like a matter of opinion, & something that can vary by stylist?) So there is no way of knowing what you’ll be paying for your color until it’s done with. • When I spoke with the manager, not once did they even offer to make things right, but just said she’ll tell the stylist to be more careful next time. I’ve never been to a salon that doesn’t tell you what the cost will be beforehand, or atleast give you a max total for reference. I was quoted $65 (that was after they asked the length of my hair & what I wanted done!) & charged $95 due to the “thickness” of my hair. She spent time looking at it beforehand & could have explained that prior to the single color process. Unfortunately, I won’t be back due to the ridiculous way of figuring a price, as they can pretty much charge what they want without justification. The only reason it’s not 1 Star is because the stylist was really nice! Just not upfront. Overall, my experience wasn’t bad besides the unjust price. 😊

Went to get hair done for an event when she was done it looked like something I could of done myself at home. Than she begins to get defensive and insults my hair saying my hair is damage that's why she couldn't get my hair the way I wanted. The majority of the girls there have damaged hair. Its not about the money with me it's about weak hair stylists who shouldn't be working there.

After numerous bad haircuts I decided to go elsewhere. Two weeks ago my new stylist was away, wanting my haircut that day i decided to go back to the valley mall Regis salon. I walked in...a lot of different stylists from before, I figured it would be ok. The stylist thinned my thin hair. When I told her how long I wanted my bangs to be "when dry" she nodded and then proceeded to give me 8th-grade bangs. Thank goodness I wear a hat to work...absolute worst haircut ever.

Mackenzie is a magician. I walked in there with hair the color of swamp water, caramel brown with green undertones and all. I am now a gorgeous blonde thanks to her wizardy. She is phenomenal, and a pleasure to talk to as well!
