Absolutely love the service and care that I have received from Sandy. She always listens to what I want done and offers professional suggestions. I have trusted her with my hair for years and can’t imagine ever having to go elsewhere. Sandy always gets me scheduled promptly for my appointments and has actually stayed late to accommodate my schedule at times. I have never left her shop disappointed. Highly recommend!!! A+

Sandy put a fantastic perm in my hair. Four days later I go back to have my natural AUBURN hair highlighted, showed a pic that said "highlights for auburn hair". I've never had my hair colored so I had zero idea what she was doing!! It took everything I had not to cry when the chair was turned around. She dyed my hair an unnatural color of red, my hair is fried from being over processed, and my beautiful perm is gone except for a hot frizzy tangled mess. Got reimbursed a partial amount and talked to badly. I've waited over a week to post this review and still fight the urge to cry when I attempt to do something with this hideous hair.
