I am very dissatisfied with the services provided this morning. I have been going to this location for years and never had a problem. I had a different person cut my hair today and he did an awful job. His name was Robert. He was shaking the entire time and didn’t let me see what he was doing until he was done. I have half my head shaved and half longer. He did a bad job shaving the one side and it doesn’t look clean. The other side I asked for a slight trim and he lopped off most of my hair almost like a pixie cut, which is not how I had it styled when I walked in. To top it off he didn’t even use the brush at the end to get the clippings off my neck and I am itchy and covered in hairs. I did give him a tip, not a good one, because I didn’t want to be a jerk. However, I will NEVER have him cut my hair again. I am even hesitant on going back, despite the fact that a few others there do a good job.

If I can rate this place a "zero" star I would happily be willing to. I walked in yesterday and the lady who attended me was the nicest but the other lady that cut my hair was horrible she messed up my simplest hair cut i have always been getting. She messed up my hair line cut tooooooo much off the top back she also didn't do well of a job she rushed threw it like nothing bad was going to happen! I am very dissatisfy with my hair line it is crooked what am I suppose to do now?!?!?! I payed and everything but didn't give a tip to show how serious I was. I stopped going to this place about 4 months ago because a guy also messed up my hair gave me the worst fade lucky I still have him a tip. I wouldn't come to these "haircut" places they are the worst I would recommend a barber shop.

This place is great. I told Laura what I wanted and she made it happen. The price is right. Online check in is a great option.

I am not real picky about my hair. I travel a lot and end up getting it cut at many different places. I can't remember the last time that I was disappointed in a haircut until I went here. I had purposely grown my side burns out to the bottom of my ear. When the stylist asked "if I wanted to keep them" I said yes, and pointed to where I wanted them trimmed to (about an inch up from the bottom of my ear). She kept cutting them to get them even and when she was done I had no sideburns left. I would think that evening up sideburns was a pretty basic task. I will NEVER go here again and recommend that you don't either.
