I had my hair cut by Corrine, I showed her a photo of what I wanted; but she did not have the skill or ability to even approximate the look she was shown. It wasn’t a difficult style to do - a pixie cut; but she left me with a bad cut that lacks style and form. I responded to their in-house feedback with my issues, but heard no response. I’m left with a bad, short haircut that will take time to regrow to the point where I can get a better cut and style. I would not recommend the salon due to the poor cut and the poor customer service (their lack of response) to my complaint.

Love the salon, especially now that they have Aveda products!

Awesome up beat staff. They keep up with the latest trends and know how to do them right! Also great for spray tans.

Getting married always involes so many different things. Having your hair done just the right way is one of the key details. Suite 115 Salnon and Spa knew just what to do. Jen made me feel like I was the most important person that day. I had an image in my mind (the hairstyle of Taylor Swift in Love Story) and Jen did it exactly like that...even better if that is possible. My bridesmaids all loved their hair and makeup too and now are loyal customers to her salon. Jen also went the extra distance to give us all emergency bags consisting of bandaids, bobby pins, and safety pins. I also will never forget the hospitality...she had the cutest three tier desert tray set up which had bagels, fruit, cookies, and mimosas (to calm our, espically mine, nerves). Suite 115 went above and beyond anything I could have ever asked for to make my day more than just special...they made it amazing and unforgettable!

You walk in and are immediately treated to an amazing atmosphere filled with class and luxury. I was offered a beverage by the friendly staff and they did an amazing job on my hair too! A+++ Combining this experience with the one I had at Elements Therapeutic Massage right around the corner, I think it's safe to say that the Stratford Crossing Shopping Center is truly becoming a classy shopping alternative.
