My first time to visit a Lady Jane's and it was a great experience. Lauren cut my hair and did a great job! The price was right. The haircut was perfect. And the scalp massage was very nice. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and wanted to make sure that I was happy with my visit. Definitely will be a returning customer. Fantastic work!

Watch out for Mia, she is quite rude. When you arrive, please, ask for the price of your service before rendered. Mia tried to charge me $12.00 for trimming the side and back of my hair. I have been 5 times over the last 6 months and paid $7.00 for my trim. This was my first encounter with Mia, quite rude in trying to prove that I am wrong. Yet, it is myself who has been paying $7.00 for 6 months. Do not find yourself swindled by this woman. GO across the street to sport clips for a $5.00 or FREE side of the hair trim.

They're good. Just don't show up without an appointment. They'll make you feel unwelcome.

Enjoyed the experience. Was very satisfied with both my kids' haircuts and mine. Will be back again.

I get my hair cut at the Bloomingdale location with Mia! Gotta tell you, best service I've experienced so far. You walk in the door to sign in and she notices and greets you with her beautiful smile of hers. Always professional and attentive to detail. So talented that I don't ask for a hair cut, I just tell her "Do Your Thang". Walk out of there feeling like new every time. You have to go visit Mia!
