I got braids this time, I was done in 4 hours. There was a baby there, but I wasn't annoyed. I used to get Senegalese twist from her a few years back and I loved those as well they took abt 7hours maybe? She provides the hair and I think the prices are reasonable. I drive an hour for her to do my braids or twists.

Absolutely awful! She brought her annoying ass kids and my hair turned out terrible. Not to mention they were under staffed.

NASTY PLACE BAD ATTITUDE

The only reason y I gave it 1 star is BC I have to rate it something! Everything is wrong about this place. This place gave me the worst service ever! They don't speak when you come in. They Look at you like your scum & treat you like a Thief &&& they have very little products & they are old!!!! I bought a little bottle of regular hair/weave glue thts usually $1 but they sell it for $1 extra. I gave her a $5 bill & she gave me $3 back in quarters nickels & dimes smh! I just said whatever bc I was anxious & only use it to apply lashes. Literally 2 days later I get ready to use it for the first time & it was opened! the seal was broken & look like they tried to seal it back together, dried up glue around the rim, its half empty, the glue thick, super dark & clumpy with a really bad odor! I go there immediately with that bottle & see the same lady who sold it to me. I explained it to her & she refused a refund & exchange & accused me of lying & being on drugs! I'm like lady I asked for an exchange for one which I feel I was entitled to at the least, #2 why is it that serious over a $2 bottle of glue?! 😒 after the name calling I got irate with her & demanded a refund or exchange. I was not about to leave without another bottle or my money back petty or not. I don't care. I was accused of things im not & she had the nerve to say that's "why Trump sending me back to Africa" meanwhile i'm born & raised in Chicago, IL USA & she isn't & clearly ignorant to make such a statement As if she isnt black. Smh Anyways after some arguing & aggressiveness she called the police on me. 😩😂 I guess she thought I would get scared & run but I waited for them right along with her bc she was entirely wrong!! A couple min later she just gave me a bottle of glue & continued talking trash. At that point i didnt care so I left. We had already got physical & she gave me another bottle after all that. But I get home & this bottle of glue didn't appear to be previously opened but it wasn't full & the glue came out really thick, clumpy & bad old odor once again! It clearly wasnt new Smh. MORAL OF THE STORY: DON'T GO THERE! TERRIBLE SERVICE & PRODUCTS
