I love the way my hair is once there finished i love Vanessa's work she has a sweet voice sang me right on to sleep and she's friendly. It's been only 4 of them on my head. Great jobs ladies and the owner so sweet I've been going to them for a year and two months now going today or tomorrow.

I love the work that they do for my daughters hair but my reasoning for such a low rating is they tell every single customer 9am. I’m sitting here in the shop and there is 7 people all with 9am appointments. Now they trying to figure out who came 1st and all this other stuff. I think a better appointment system should be made cause it’s unfair to guest which of your customers goes 1st when everyone has the same appointment time.

Horrible experience. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Even the quality of work was disappointing!!! Beware and stay away. There are many other places that do a better job!!

I went with whiinie, initially it was great she was talking to me finished my braids quick for the sew in, however, there was a toddler the running around who threw my extensions on the floor not once but twice, I Brought 2 bundles said I need one more I got one more ... You can see my braids through my sew in in the back and the top is very bumpy. My braids aren't super tight but they are a tad uncomfortable. Yes it's cheap ($120) but you're getting what you pay for... don't waste your money on a sew in here if you're expecting no imperfections.

I remember I went there one time with my daughter she wanted to surprise me and get me some Goddess braids they first told us 15 per each braid and then they changed the price I also told them that I had my hair in a pony tail with gel and could I wash it out or did they have any water they said no proceeded to comb thru roughly through my hair and then they switched people on my head the second lady came and she continued going through it and then finally as she started braiding the First Lady came past carrying a bowl of water laughing it looked okay but my hair turned into dreads in less than a month had to be cut thankGod it has grown back but I will never go back very rude and unprofessional and for no reason and it was a very strange odor in place
