My experience was terrible! I was the first in the shop and the last one out. Two other customers with the same hair style started 2 hours after I did and still finished before me. I warned the owner that my hair was thin and I needed smaller braids. She agreed, but did not deliver. She attached the braids and allowed a kid (her daughter I assume) to finish them. The kid braided REALLY slow and sloppily. When i informed the owner that i was not happy with the kid's work & asked for her to do my hair as she promised, she got upset & did a rush job. She made the braids way too big, & they are not neat at all. She did not properly clip them. Some braids are knotted on the ends, some aren't, some have knots in the middle of the braid and they've been falling out constantly. On top of all of that, the bathroom was not working. I called back to express my dissatisfaction... no answer and no call back. I have been wearing braids for 20 years... I have never had such bad service in my life. The shop is literally walking distance from my house, however I will never go back there! My hair has been up 2 weeks and it looks like I've had it up at least a month. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! If you do, DO NOT ALLOW THE OWNER OR HER DAUGHTER TO BRAID YOUR HAIR!

My experience was bad , because I let mimi do my sew in and invisible , it's look terrible, my braids fell out within 2 days , she did the sew in french braids too big , I went back to her, for she can fix it. She tell me she have to get home to her baby I point out everything that was wrong with my hair she didn't care. Ladies make sure you look at your hair very good before you leave out anyone shop . And one thing I learn all african can not do sew in and braids my hair look like it's been up for 3 months. And I don't want to wast $150
