Mary and her girls did my hair, my moms, and 4 bridesmaids hair for my wedding. We all looked AMAZING!! She was able create the exact up-do I wanted and it stayed all night. I received compliments on my hair from everyone through out the evening. My bridesmaids loved their hair as well. In 3 hours they pulled off a miracle! I highly recommend This salon for your wedding hair, they were creative and listened to what we wanted. I wish I could post a picture. Very impressive.

Absolutely terrible management. Paid $100 refundable deposit to reserve them to do my wife's hair for our wedding. We called to cancel a few days later, well within the refund period we were told, and never received our deposit refund. Called 7 times over the course of a few months asking for a manager and were told every time the manager wasn't there, no one knew their schedule, and that they would call us back. We never received a phone call. Very very poor customer service.

DO NOT BOOK THEM FOR YOUR WEDDINGS AWFUL customer service- never returns phone calls regarding a second receipt for my payment My updo was terrible and I decided not to use them then the owner avoided me and did not return my phone calls- it's been almost a week now- to give me my deposit back because the contract says that I can get it back as long as it's before 30 days before the wedding and it's a year and two months before the wedding.... BOOKING WITH THEM WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE!

Every time I go to Jem's Hair Studio and Day Spa I have had a welcome and inviting experience. I never go to a specific stylist and have never left unsatisfied. Everything from my massages to my pedicures my hair cuts. That is why I chose to go there for my all my wedding day needs. My wedding party was welcomed by everyone with smiles and hellos. Bani was my stylist and I couldn't have been happier. There were refreshments all around and nice cozy chairs to sit and wait in between appointments.
