If I were you, I would not go here!! They messed up my hair big time! Then they refused to fix it and give a refund. They said they could only do one or the other. The sad thing is, it was the manager that cut my hair! Corporate was not helpful either. They don't care about customer service at all. Save yourself the trouble, and go somewhere else!

Today i Went Into Smart Style Salon As a NEW Customer to get my Eyebrows Done. Yes it had been awhile since i had gotten them done, so they looked a little ROUGH.... Well, The Lady Was Super Nice But.... Im now missing HALF AN EYEBROW Because She Tried Convincing me it was "light blonde hair" and No Baby its Bald, Its Called Skin! So i Apologize but NEVER Agian.

Horrible service. Made an appointment through the phone got there at 6:05 for a 6:15 it took Rosa 10 minutes to get the computer going only for her to tell me that they stopped coloring at 6. She also said that she couldn't stay late. I then made an appointment for the next morning only to hear that they are double booked and even tho when I made the appointment there was no one else on the list. Although I was also there before the other client she refused to work with me. Very unorganized and unprofessional!

Sam was great. She did an awesome job with my hair and recommending what I should do to keep it growing healthy and she did an awesome job on my eyebrows too

Worst place ever told me 10minute wait waited 45mins no1 else there when finished her haircut instead of calling me up she diddle daddled around then went in back got some posters and stared hanging up posters asked her how much longer and she ignored me finally got tired of it and left would not recommended going here unless you want to watch some1 ignore you for an hour
