Very rude woman when I walked in. Immediately said she couldn't take me because she had online appointments. I was a cash in hand customer, guaranteed revenue but got turned away for people who may not even show up.

After going to great clips nothing great about it cause they are partners with wigs for kids refuse me. I had grew my hair for over 3 years it was greater than 14 inches long(recommended min of 12 inches for donation). The people there were to busy trying to give haircuts in 10 mins or less that they don't care about customer service(yet kids with cancer) They did not even properly measure my hair and as soon as they seen it they said it was too short. My hair was naturally curly and was in a high bun. When I came into Super cuts I was greeted with a smile, they made me feel like a million dollars I could ask for anything more. If I could give a 6 star I would. They measured my hair properly and told me it was long enough for a donation. Thank you, you definitely made a young boy/girl day! I would definitely come again for another haircut. Thank you for your kindness and compassion. Phenomenal customer service!

Love the staff, only giving 3 stars because of the prices. Discounts given only for under 10 so it adds up quickly when bringing my 2 sons and nephew!
