I usually frequent this establishment to get my girls and my hair done. We don’t have relaxers and he typically charges us extra because of it. It doesn’t require any additional work to do our hair as it is not coarse just really curly. On this website there is a coupon that says $40.00 for wash, blow and style so I brought me and my daughter in to get our hair done. When I presented the coupon he said ok and 5 minutes later he said it’s for “regular hair”, I asked what does that mean and he said hair that is relaxed. NO WHERE on the coupon does it mention that. This place will no longer receive my money and I decided against getting my hair done, but my daughter begged to. Regardless of what is relaxed or not, he will be honoring this coupon, whether he knows it or not, when we check out. I’m sure this place will continue to do business and it is not my intention for him not to continue to do so. But your rules, regulations, specifications and exceptions should be stated CLEARLY to avoid this situation in the future.

This hair salon was disgusting! While I was getting my hair done I seen roaches on the floor and flies flying all around me. I was not happy with my hairstyle at all. The lady who was blow drying my hair had an attitude and was pulled my hair. My neck hurted the whole time. I will never go here again! Horrible customer service as well. Ladies please save your money and go elsewhere.

Neseem’s Hair Design is an extraordinary place. If you believe in the power of growing hands, this is the best way to describe Neseem. The beauty of Neseem’s Hair Design is that it’s family-owned, professional; and Neseem is more concerned about his client’s healthy hair than upselling services. Because of medication, I had a bald spot and brittle hair. Neseem listened to my issues and told me that if I came every week, he would have my hair to my shoulders in 1.5 – 2 years. Well, we are almost at the 2-year mark and he will definitely hit OUR goal. If you make an investment in Neseem, he will make an investment in your hair. If you believe that everyone is born with a gift and talent from God, Neseem's is growing hair. 😊

I usually drive 4.5 hours to get my hair done because i trust no one with something i love lol. But i tried this place out because a friend referred me. And i definetly left satisfied. They werent busy at the time got me right in and he knew exactly what my hair needed and i even let him trim my hair and i never let anyone come close to my hair unless thier my hairdresser. I drove 45 mins to get to this place and will defineyly be going back. If you go here you wont leave unsatisfied. And the pricing is awesome.
